    Avoidance relates to medical devices, namely, devices for preventing involuntary urination in men.
    A device for preventing involuntary urination is known, comprising a condom with a tube and fixing tape P1.
    The disadvantage of this device is the unreliability of fixation: and sealing.
    A device for the prevention of involuntary urination j containing a condom with a tube C3 is known.
    The drawback of the device lies in the unreliability of the seal.
    The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability by compacting the penis during urination, and also the possibility of using it for smaller penis sizes.
    The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for the prevention of involuntary urine scan, containing the main condom with a tube, is equipped with an additional condom, the shape of which is identical to that of the main condom, condoms are tightly connected to one another in the area of transition of the main condom to the tube, each of which has an annular shoulder.
    At the same time, an additional condom has several flanges, and the main condom has an additional annular collar, located at a distance from the outermost condom.
    FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed device, the general
    view in fig. 2 is a diagram of the kinematic connection of a device with a sex term.
    The device contains a main condom 1, made in the shape of a funnel, an additional condom 2, having the same form, condoms 1 and 2 are interconnected tightly in the area 3 of the transition of condom 1 to tube 4 and have annular flanges 5 and 6 along the edges. Additional condom 2 has several flanges 7, designed to be in contact with the foreskin when the condom is in position 8. The main condom 1 has an additional annular collar 9 on the inner surface, designed to fix the condom on the penis of a smaller pa measure.
    The device is used as follows.
    The condom t is put on the head 10 of the member and fixed by the flange 5 or 9. After the foreskin 11 is pulled on the condom 1, the condom 2 is put on it and fixed by the flange 6. The flanges 7 are pressed against the condom 1 and the urine enters the tube.
    Due to the presence of additional condom and annular rims in the device, the penis is well consolidated during urination, leakage of urine is eliminated, and hygienic conditions for patients are improved. Along with this, the device is securely fixed, does not fall off and does not weaken in the place of attachment.
